A real career highlight this week: moderating a discussion panel on the main stage at APA 2026 in Washington, DC, exploring the evolving relationship between AI and human social connection. šŸ„°

We discussed some huge questions around AI companions, AI in therapy, and how AI can enhance productivity and learning without losing the human connection at the heart of these experiences. šŸ¤–šŸ§ āš”

What struck me most is how quickly these conversations are moving from science fiction into everyday life, forcing us to think seriously about the role we want AI to play in our relationships, wellbeing and society.
